Our values are based on respect for traditional recipes in the search for a quality product. A good product is realized with patience and tradition according to the needs of our faithful and demanding customers. The improvement of the quality of our products and the respect of the environment are at the heart of what we defend in our evolution.
Activities, products and brands
Since 1958, we have been developing hams and sausages, Ardennes salting type, as well as a wide range of deli meats such as: IGP Ardenne ham, Ardennes sausage IGP, Ardenne PGI ring sausage , Pipe d'Ardenne PGI. Sausages with hazelnuts, herbs, pepper, blueberries, farm sausages, organic products and a wide range of sliced products.
Certification
Our hams and sausages are certified ""Protected Geographical Indication"", or PGI, by the European Union. We have the IFS (International Featured Standard) certification for several years while a part of our production is certified ""organic"".
