As the result of consistent investment policy in our equipments and in the quality of our products, Nougat Carlier is now one of the biggest european producer. Our production is automated but we do not manufacture on full automatic lines which has the advantage that we can keep the traditional recipe and not add fats and also allows greater flexibility.
