Fresh Artisanal Waffle of yeast dough: Artisanal waffles of yeast dough are produced in the culinary tradition of the Ardennes. These wonderfully moist, golden treats were formerly made in cast iron “galettières” for New Year's.

Tasting : Natures, cold or warmed in the toaster, with butter, jam, topped with chocolate or honey. Gourmets will appreciate the mix: sweet - salty and will taste them for example spread with herbs cream cheese and covered with a thin slice of smoked salmon.

Artisanal waffles pearl sugar (Fresh or frozen): waffles with pearl sugar are inspired by Liege waffle that, according to legend, was invented by the Prince of Liege's cook. The pastry was created on the basis of a brioche dough enriched with large morsels of pearl sugar. All the kingdom of Belgium was very soon won over by this new recipe with its delicate baking aroma.

Tasting : Cold or heated (in the microwave or contact grill), natures, topped with chocolate, fruit coulis or accompanied by ice and whipped cream for the gourmand.

For almost ten years, we offer homemade exceptional waffles. Our products are ultra-fresh. Cooked and transported in stores the next day, our two kind of waffles are tasty and mellow.

Our waffles are 100% homemade, from the pulp manufacturing to packaging, we take care of all stages of production.

Company history

July 2007, Luke, just graduated in "Bakery" begin the production of waffles 100% handcraft under the name "Lucky waffles". With an exceptional product, entirely handmade and ultra-fresh, Luke quickly conquered the palates of gourmets. Building on the reputation of its products, the company continues to expand and has now a team of fifteen people.

Currently we offer two kinds of homemade waffles: waffles with yeast dough and waffles with pearl sugar. These are mainly distributed in Belgium and France in chains of supermarkets as fresh product. We also export our frozen products in Ireland.
