Company history

Family company founded by Mrs Blaise in 1910. Benefiting from 105 years of experience, our recipes and know-how have been passed on from one generation to the next. All our products are made in a traditional way. Our salted meats are rubbed with dried salt and traditionally smoked over a beech and oak sawdust fire. The exclusive specialities of the house, such as Gaume sausage, sausage with Orval beer, honey or the ring sausage are just some of the many products that have made Blaise salted meats famous.
