Company history
Gabriel is a company that was founded in 1929 in Malmedy, at the heart of the Ardennes. Initially specialised in the farming and processing of Ardennes trout, Gabriel now offers a wide range of fresh, smoked and prepared fish as well as marinades, fish roe and mousse.
