Our new Ardennes saucissons in different varieties: Baton,Fagot,Collier,Buchette and Buche in 2 versions: IGP & Pur Porc. All these made with seasoned, slow-smoked pork meat and their own delicate flavor. Our salamis are made in our modern production facility in St-Hubert. Also this year comes our Noix d'Ardenne IGP. Since 1926, Salaisons St-Hubert produces its Jambon d'Ardenne IGP quality ham St-Hubert from the Belgian
Ardennes. Under the wings of Salaisons St-Hubert and Schietse, a new company was founded:Coeur d'Ardenne sprl. With this came the construction of a new production facility in St-Hubert, a range of Ardennes saucissons and one Ardennes IGP ham: the Noix d'Ardenne, all under our Belgian quality label St-Hubert.ISO 22000, Bio certificate and auto-control certificats G019 & G039.
