Company history
Brasserie de Silly has had a succession of skilled artisanal brewers since 1850. Here, the art of brewing is passed on from father to son. The brewery offers a very diverse range of Belgian beers. Each beer is the fruit of an artisan brewing process and is produced using ingredients of the highest quality: pure water, unique house yeast (the secret of which is known solely to the brewer) and only the finest varieties of hops and malt.
